Why we specialise in manufacturing
A manufacturing site is not an ordinary commercial building. The load profile is shaped by shift patterns, process heat, compressors, refrigeration, machinery and, increasingly, electric vehicle and forklift charging. Roofs range from clear-span steel portals to heritage sawtooth mills, and the compliance picture spans DSEAR and ATEX in chemical plants, GMP change control in pharmaceutical facilities and BRCGS energy clauses in food and beverage. A generalist installer sizes a system to your roof. We size it to your half-hourly load profile, because self-consumption, not the raw size of the array, is what decides your return.
How we work
Every project starts from data, not a sales pitch. We pull 12 months of your half-hourly meter readings and your roof drawings, model the system in PVSyst, and share the file so your own team can stress-test it. We are independent of any panel or inverter manufacturer, so we specify the right equipment for your roof and load, not the product that earns us the most margin. The proposal is fixed price: what you sign is what you pay. And because grid connection is usually the longest item in the programme, we submit the G99 application alongside the structural survey so the Distribution Network Operator clock starts on day one.

We are MCS-certified for commercial work, NICEIC-registered, and RECC and TrustMark licensed, and we work to BS EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 quality, environmental and safety standards that enterprise procurement teams expect. Every install is covered by a ten-year IWA insurance-backed workmanship warranty, on top of the standard 25-year panel performance warranty and the manufacturer inverter warranty. We design to the SPF1981 fire-safety standard for rooftop PV as a default, which many UK installs still overlook.
An honest specialist
Not every site suits solar. If your roof needs replacing first, your daytime load is too low, or your tenure is too short to see the payback, we will tell you plainly rather than sell you a system that will not perform.
